Such a beautiful trail and incredible people. I expected to hike the entire thing but dropped
down to the 16km since still having some leg/back issues since the 100km.
Started conservative hiking the entire first km then added some little run/ shuffle here and there until I was through the twisted vines section but still felt great so dropped the hammer the last
4km and felt fantastic.
Never taken so many pics in a race and smiled the entire time. #gottarunracing #trailrunning #trailrunner #jfktraining #limitlessendurance
