THE FINAL CHASE
A little over a week ago, I competed in the #chasethecoyote 25K trail race. Despite a couple epic tumbles, I managed to accomplish my goal, finishing under 2.5hrs (< 6:00min/km). Even better, that earned me second in my age and gender division, and 10th out of 94 overall!

Also, yes there were more than two people in my division, and yes my knee is still bleeding 😅
